Spacious, enclosed garden, parking space at the property, comfortable beds, good location

Could have been cleaner, cob webs and just not thoroughly cleaned, considering we weren’t allowed in until 5pm

Lovely part of Norfolk with good access to beaches and countryside. Lovely contained garden… but (see below!) Well equipped, warm and homely. Good parking. Overall 7/10.

Building site (entire renovation) next door which spoilt use of garden with electric tools, banging, music and workman chat from 08:00 until 17:30. Agents notified but couldn’t be bothered to respond. Grass needed cutting and outside required general tidy up. Some minor finishings inside scruffy (esp. bathrooms)- Could do with some freshening up/investment!?
